Orders
- By ordering, you confirm the shipping details you provide are accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method. Orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly at checkout are not eligible for a refund.
- We may refuse or cancel an order where we suspect fraud, a pricing error, or inability to deliver. If we cancel, you are refunded in full.
- An order is accepted when we email your order confirmation.
Prices and payment
- All prices are in US dollars and include tracked shipping to the United States and the United Kingdom.
- We may change prices at any time, but never for orders already placed.
- Payment is processed securely at checkout. We never see or store your full card details.
Shipping, returns, and refunds
Delivery, lost packages, cancellations, damage, and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy and our Returns and Refund Policy, linked in the footer of every page. Please read them before ordering; they state exactly what is and is not covered.
Products
- Product photos are as accurate as screens allow. Colors may vary slightly in person, and minor imperfections such as loose threads, slight wrinkles, or small scratches are not defects.
- Our products are car accessories. Install them as described and do not place them where they interfere with pedals, steering, or airbags. The seatbelt must always pass through the reserved slot and latch normally.

All content on this store, including photography, copy, and branding, belongs to DriveRitz and may not be reused without written permission.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law or affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
