How long will it take to receive my order?

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 7-15 business days for major international markets. Please note that these are estimates and can be influenced by local postal services or customs clearance.

How can I track my package?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number on our website or major third-party tracking platforms to follow your package's journey.

My tracking says "Delivered" but I haven't received it. What should I do?

First, check with family members or neighbors to see if it was accepted on your behalf. If you still cannot locate it, please contact your local post office. For us to initiate a formal investigation, you will need to provide a Non-delivery Certification with an official seal from your postal carrier.

What happens if my package is delayed?

For orders shipped to the USA, a package is officially considered "lost" if it has not arrived within 45 days of leaving the warehouse. If this timeframe passes, please contact us for a resolution.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 7-day return window. You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or report an issue. To be eligible, items must be in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact.

My item arrived damaged or defective. What should I do?

Please contact us at info@driveritz.com within 48 hours of delivery. To process a replacement or refund, we require:

  1. Clear photos of the shipping label and external packaging.
  2. A short video demonstrating the defect or functional issue.

Can I cancel my order?

Because we aim to ship orders as quickly as possible, we can only accommodate cancellations if the order has not yet entered the processing stage. Please email us immediately if you need to make a change.
